# Track test puts the Taycan Turbo GT Manthey to work

Car and Driver has now driven the 2027 Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with its Manthey track package. The test examines how its aerodynamic, chassis and power-delivery changes behave on a closed circuit.

The package is more than new bodywork: Manthey says it raises maximum output by 20 kilowatts and increases maximum torque by 30 newton-metres when Launch Control is used. According to Nürburgring, the resulting car has already recorded a 6-minute 55.533-second Nordschleife lap.
